Canon Pixma TS9551C

If anybody has one of these inkjet printers I would be very grateful if they could tell me how to get mine to print from the back tray. Canon are strangely reluctant to reveal this - indeed a call to a helpline revealed the ignorance of the helper at the other end as to how to print A3 (from the back tray) never mind how to select it.
The various Canon apps designed to help use the printer ignore this basic requirement as far as I can see, so here's hoping that one of you are able to cast light on the problem

Just thought- have you tried putting paper in the back tray and none in any other tray?

I hadn't thought that it would be such a simple - and very silly - way to do things. But it worked! Many thanks. But ~ Canon have excelled themselves in keeping this fairly important bit of information from Joe Public!

The tray is normally selected from the print dialogue window - usually called Paper Feed. is that not the case for you?
