      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">If anybody has one of these inkjet printers I would be very grateful if they could tell me how to get mine to print from the back tray.  Canon are strangely reluctant to reveal this - indeed a call to a helpline revealed the ignorance of the helper at the other end as to how to print A3 (from the back tray) never mind how to select it. <xhtml:br/>
The various Canon apps designed to help use the printer ignore this basic requirement as far as I can see, so here's hoping that one of you are able to cast light on the problem</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">The tray is normally selected from the print dialogue window - usually called Paper Feed. is that not the case for you?</xhtml:div>
