Ventura Bin bug fix (Apple silicone)

For a while here emptying the Bin has led to an unceasing progress bar to and fro, without that wonderful scrunch. My fix:
1. to stop the shuffle go to Apple Menu > Force Quit > Finder > Relaunch Finder. The Bin contents are probably still there.
2. restart under Safe Boot, and check the Bin. You may find a spurious and 'normally' invisible item there (mine was a “Photos Library.photoslibrary” with zero bytes). Empty the Bin anyway and restart normally. The scrunch and blissful peace of mind should return.

Update, Ventura 13.2 MacBook M1 pro: classic keystroke 'cmd-full stop' ends the unending progress bar shuttling immediately, with bin left empty.
