Adjusting the speed of 8mm films to video transfer 19 Jun 2022 10:36:38 Eric Jervis I'm thinking of buying a film to MP4 converter but it records at 30 frames per second whilst my films were recorded at 16 and 18 frames per second. What program do I need to slow them down?
