Problem with Sound

Our spare iPad (5th Generation) running 14.8.1 has stopped giving sound. Can see visuals but can't hear the speaker on, for example BBC News, YouTube and FaceTime.
Have checked 'Sound' and 'Accessibility' in 'Settings' compared to our other iPad but can't spot the problem. Any help will be appreciated. Roy.

Following the OS update we now have sound!

Roy, I've had that happen once or twice. The universal IT remedy (turn it off and on again) seemed to fix it.
