Collecting activity data from a turbo-trainer

Avatar Michael Scruton
I wonder if anyone in our group is, like me, a closet cyclist? I recently fitted my bike onto a TACX, non-smart, turbo trainer and hope to collect & display my data (cadence, effort, time, heart rate) on my iPhone. There are many Apps which take one over the Alps and allow one to compete against other 'Zwifters' but I want non of these, just a list for uploading to my iMac. Has any one done this or knows someone who has? it's so boring working up a sweat in my garage without the interest of collecting data.
Thanks, Michael Scruton

Not my field but looking quickly at the range, the "non-smart" trainers (which you say you have), seem to say "not Zwift compatible". I would expect "non-smart" to mean they do not output data but I may be wrong.
