If anyone is still using Apple's Aperture program, Apple has announced that it will not be usable on versions of macOS after Mojave (ie this Autumn if you keep your Mac up to date).
Thank you Apple, thank you for building in obsolescence to all your computers, thank you for making all your most useful applications useless after a while; I weep with joy every time you bring out a new operating system, thus ensuring that I will never lack the opportunity of giving you my money at frequent intervals for the rest of my life. Thank you. sob.
