The term AI is much talked about at present - all sorts of companies are boasting that they are using it, but what exactly can it do for us with our Apple devices? David gave us some very useful examples of what Apple offer from manipulating photos to improving the performance of the Mail app by changing the writing style of an email or proofreading it and then a quick look at using the popular AI app ChatGTP. He also pointed us to a book on the subject of AI (The Coming Wave) which is apparently a good read if you want to know more.
Mick followed this with a very brief presentation on how to measure and understand the strength of your wi-fi signal and how it affects your download speed. This was followed by the usual Q&A which included how to deal with an annoying message to update WhatsApp and how to download and instal ChatGTP following David's enthusiastic recommendation.
