Mick responded to a request for guidance on Privacy and Security settings and in particular which apps needed to have your permission to know your location. There was a broad discussion on the degree to which our data is exposed and what we can do about it. Using Apple Pay was generally regarded as a more secure way of paying for goods but Mick warned us that if we agree to a repeat buying schedule when paying with Apple Pay there will be no need for the vendor to seek approval for each repeat purchase.

The meeting then broke into a series of 1:1 problem solving covering a range of topics from advice on purchasing new hardware to specific questions on editing in Photos.
