9 members braved some of the worst weather, snow and ice and very cold.

Brian explained the parking rules, what to do if you get an overstay notice while at our meetings.

The meeting centred on iPad starting with the question and answers with questions regarding sorting email lists, if it is possible to get text to follow a curve shape using Pages? not possible in Pages but there were a suggestions where this can be achieved
also there were a few iPhone questions (most apps will be the same across iOS).

Tips and hints next with quite a selection of very useful and interesting suggestions David explained using Notes, writing contents, drawings, scanning, adding a photo and sharing a document that can be interactive.
John told us of how to remove adverts from a webpage, using split keyboard and suggested several small apps. that will make using your iPad easier. Including , ViewExif an app that will show the metadata of a photograph, other apps were Swipe to Type allows type to follow a curved line drawn on a photo.
Annie told us of a 30 minute iPhone tutorial free from Apple,

Time ran out to allow for some other items planned.
A very interesting and informative meeting where everyone contributed.
