The meeting began with a Q&A with subject ranging from putting your own icon on folders, how to remove the pop-up flash at the start of using Pages, not showing all the e-mails when send to multiple people.
Brian then went on to demonstrate a few points in Pages, getting text to runaround a graphic and using Instant Alpha from a graphic.
Then using Shapes showing where to look for the small make allowing the changes that can be made to the shape, producing a blend to create a 3d effect on a circle, also showing that shapes can hold a graphic and text.
Then on to Instant Alpha again to made the background transparent and the inside an outlined graphic.
Creating Tabs next it was shown that there are several ways to produce them.
In all a very interesting meeting with lots of questions and feedback.
After a break for coffee there was a general help session with help given regarding storing photos off line and not using the cloud.
