Now for something completely different! A couple of years ago, Lawrence showed us some astronomy photos taken using his conventional telescope and having invested in a new one which doesn't look like a telescope at all - The Dwarf 3 Smart Telescope - he showed us what this new device can do. Many amazing pictures of 'galaxies far, far away' (sorry, couldn't resist it. He had pictures of the moon but also gas clouds (nebula?) which are many thousands of light years away. Whilst the telescope is not pocket sized it is small enough for him to have brought it along to show us.
