Mick detailed what measures might be taken to ensure anyone left dealing with someone else's Apple device can deal with it. He emphasised the need to access passwords, in particular the user's password for their particular device, and described the measures he had in place. Mick also explained the use of Apple's Legacy Contact feature which lets you choose a trusted person to access the data in your Apple Account after you pass away.
