How do I make a 'signature' like the above that I can call up by pressing a button?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">You don't say what application you're using for your email but assuming it's Apple's Mail then go to Mail Preferences, choose the Signatures tab, create a signature and drag it to the email account you wish to make it available for. Do this with as many different signatures you think you'll use.</xhtml:div>
