The first problem came to light with me unable to use my network i.e to connect my MacBook to the iMac. A dialogue box came up telling me that the computers were not connected to the internet - wrong, and that I should contact my isp. I was connected and still am with both machines. The second problem is that my printer, although it is connected and powered up will not respond. When I try printing a document the printer tells me that the 'filter' has failed. What is the filter and where do I find it ? The printer is an Epson CX6600. I have tried to get info from the Epson website but no luck. Would be grateful for any suggestions.
