      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I bought a keyboard on eBay as some of the letters on this one don't work. The new one, which is the same model as the old one, (Apple A1243), doesn't work. Do I have to order the Mac to recognise it?<xhtml:br/>

Secondly, as if I didn't have trouble enough, my email provider Yahoo has been dumbed down beyond my endurance; can you recommend another one, which I shall be able to access via Mail?<xhtml:br/>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I haven't checked from the model number but if the keyboard is wired then it should just work. If it's bluetooth (wireless) then it would need to be paired.<xhtml:br/>

With regard to email, you could try Gmail from Google - they offer both POP and IMAP</xhtml:div>
