Switches on as normal but when she goes to any app e.g. Safari the app opens but then in less than a second it shuts down and the the screen goes blank, she then restarts and all is well but then it happens again when she goes back to it later. This has happened in the contacts app and all her contacts have been lost. Since I persuaded her to ditch her pc I would lie to try and help her sort it. Can anyone help? Switch it off and wait till the spinning gear disappears then switch back on.
