<xhtml:br/>
iPhoto is telling me I have 272 events and 2,000 pictures in the trash.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Now when I open iPhoto there are no events and no pictures in the trash?<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
How can I reset iPhoto please.  <xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Or do I need to reinstall it?<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Any help would be much appreciated.<xhtml:br/>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">You could try rebuilding the iPhoto database.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Quit iPhoto and relaunch it while holding the apple/cmd and option keys to get the database rebuild dialog. <xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
I also would take a copy of the iPhoto database before doing this just in case.</xhtml:div>
