The phone5 version of this is odd, it downloads an installer app icon- which you will need to find and run, before anything else. This is different to previous upgrades, and is probably why Scott Forstall doesn't work at apple any more.the iPad version is an upgrade in the way we all know and love. Both seem to work fine, iPad is about 65mb and the phone about 75 mb . Checking on images of iPhone 5 I have noticed that there is no Contacts icon visible. Not the end of the earth - my contacts are all there and I now have to access them via the Phone or by serching. Then saw a friend this afternoon with a 5 - and it wasn't there. In the Utilities folder. Seems it is a random occurrence according to the forum I saw - happens to some phones or iPads and nopt to others even those belongong to the same family.
