      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">The point of us having these on the site was so that we should each put a head &amp; shoulders shot up to enable other members to recognise us having seen us at meetings even if they can't remember who's who. It helps to put a face to a name. Especially when you reach my age!<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Could I ask those of you who have used something other than an "easily recognisable as you" photograph, to consider changing it so that those of us who don't know you well will realise who is asking or answering the discussions.</xhtml:div>
