A friend of mine has recently updated to the latest iPhoto, (9.2.3 I believe) an claims that all her photos have vanished...... <xhtml:br/>
Does the link to the photo library get toasted in the latest update? has anyone else had any similar or like experiences?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I went over and rebuilt the library, after another update, all is well..... But in fact she had started to do an update, and pulled the power plug out, and the update didn't finish properly, so when I launched her iPhoto, it quit unexpectedly with a very ugly list of fails. I knew that the last thing software update does is write out a file with the last version and a code, so if you remove that line in the log, software update will re-force an update.</xhtml:div>
