The Google Earth camera experience in Germany and elsewhere raised many legal hackles, and Apple will probably have to do some serious explaining!</xhtml:div>

<xhtml:br/>
However it is interesting as to how the story has moved from the technical web pages to the radio news in such a short time.</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Why this is an Apple problem, I dont know, Windows seven phone edition and Android not only gathers the same or similar data about your location, but sends the lot back to google and Microsoft for "evaluation" ...... Id be a lot more concerned about that. and we all read the very small print in those agreements dont we?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">this is the trade off between utility and privacy, BUT, I dont want the general public to know where I am, apps like foursquare and fB checkin tell thieves where you are, and I'd be WAAAY more concerned about that.<xhtml:br/>
