      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Having successfully paired iPhone &amp; iMac, on trying to syncs a pair of related programs I got a new pairing request o0n the iMac, but no passkey.<xhtml:br/>
Is there a way to pair the pjone and Mac again?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">what programs are you trying to sync??.... bluetooth is really for devices that stream, like headsets and keyboards.... do you know if the software is INTENDED to synch over BT?  because most software developers use bonjour over wifi under the covers to have their apps talk to each other because of the passing of events, synch data, inter-application communication support etc, and notifications.<xhtml:br/>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I'll check the manual my memory from an earlier reading is that these will only sync over Blutooth.  Maybe I have it wrong, but in any case why is the app asking for a passkey to pair the phone when it had already been successfully paired?!  The program is Soho Notes, the app Notelife, both (of course) from Chronos.</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Usually, unless one device gives you a passkey you can choose one e.g. 0000 and then the other asks for it so that's what you enter.</xhtml:div>
