I have tried putting my yahoo address in the catch all window and also done exactly as you suggest and put my mac address in against a new record specifically for trevor@bartonhewsons.me.uk but still no joy. The chap at Easily said that getting rid of the A record would fix this too but it hasn't. In my DNS Management panel I now have two CNAME records and two MX records. The latter two are to easymx2.easily.co.uk and rhea.easily.co.uk both marked Priority 10. I have no idea what these records mean (presumably e-mail related) and and whether they should be there.<xhtml:br/>

I even began to wonder yesterday whether, as one who has only registered a domain name and not purchased a hosting package, e-mail forwarding was available to me at all? It's not really a big deal but it would be nice to sort it out. All part of the learning curve!<xhtml:br/>

<xhtml:br/>
Easily suggest deleting the offending CNAME record for bartonhewsons.me.uk and instead use web forwarding from it to www.bartonhewsons.me.uk. However this suggestion seemed to be made as a bit of an afterthought so I really would like to hear from anybody who has done something similar before I pluck up the courage to give it a go.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
The main reason for my hesitation is that my 'illegal' CNAME record is working at the moment and I have already communicated the 'sans www' version of the address quite widely and also used it internally between the iWeb and Freeway sections of my site. I don't relish the task of changing all of these to the www version but feel that I really should do so before experimenting further with the DNS setup.<xhtml:br/>
