<xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I have for some time been looking for an easy way of backing up emails in Entourage. I have decided that the best way is to drag messages or folders of messages onto another drive. It works welll and individual messages will open as if they were still in the Entourage folder. TYhere is a small disadvantage inasmuch as the saved messages are listed alphabetically by title, so that there are a lot of them that start with 'Re"! Howeve if backups are made into dated folders - i.e. by month or week, then a lot of searching an archive could be avoided. Has anybody a better system?</xhtml:div>
