<xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I received an email today and the bottom half shows a form which has to be filled in. It is an attachment but the Save Attachments under the File menu was grey (or "grayed out" as our American cousins say, because they like to turn nouns into verbs and then add prepositions at the end of sentences); that was until I hovered over the headings and the Delete, Reply, Reply all etc. panel appeared with an attachment icon on the right-hand end.<xhtml:br/>

I clicked this and saved my attachment however the Save Attachment now is black and I can now save the attachment this way as well. Is there a preference setting that I have not found or is this just a software "feature"?</xhtml:div>
