      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I tried to delete some files from the SD card in my digital camera, and got the message, "it can't be moved to the trash because it can't be deleted".<xhtml:br/>
I had a look at it with File - get info, and it says the format is MS-DOS (Fat 16)<xhtml:br/>
There is a lock button on the side but it makes no difference if I switch it off.</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Formatting the card in camera or Mac should delete it but it will delete all other content too.</xhtml:div>

I must be suffering from the Cornwall Variant.....</xhtml:div>
