      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">My old iPhone SE, iOS 13.3.1 is failing to call out using our home wifi network. There is no signal for the Virgin pay-as-you-go SIM card. No dialling tone and the calls fail. Which settings should I check please to find the problem?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">You need to check Wi-Fi calling is switched on - but has it ever worked? It could well be that Virgin don't allow wi-fi calling on a pay as you go as they wouldn't make any money from your calls. (As an aside, Vodafone only allow it on their contracts with unlimited minutes).</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">You are right (again) Mick! It works when outside with a Virgin signal. I didn't realise they could restrict usage on Wi-Fi like that but can understand why.</xhtml:div>
