      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Following two awful hours going in circles with the "support" teams trying to find out from Onetel and then TalkTalk why I was suddenly, and for the first time, required to enter a password (that I don't have) to download emails, I realised that TalkTalk are not supporting this email program any more and am switching to PlusNet.  Now I can't start new documents in Messages on my iMac.  Could this be a result of the inability to access incoming emails?  Or am I missing a simple solution?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Yesterday and today incoming email has recommenced on my AUGWessex Membership Secretary account.  I have not changed anything but Entourage has stopped asking for a password for this account.  It still continues to do so for my personal account.  And I am still able to send emails from both accounts.</xhtml:div>
