      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Some weeks ago I had received an email from a company about a service they could offer and I left it in my inbox until I wished to contact the company recently.  When I looked for the email it was not there.  I initially thought that I had deleted it in error but it was not in the trash either and there were emails in the trash going back much earlier than the one in question.   Can emails just disappear like that?</xhtml:div>
