If you want to enable these extensions, open Security & Privacy System Preferences". I find that F-Secure Corporation (formerly Data Fellows) is a Finnish cyber security and privacy company based in Helsinki. Have no idea what program it's connected with. If nothing there looks odd, you could try removing them one at a time and restarting to see which one is bringing it up.
