      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">The title appears in my iPad(2) Settings with a red dot alongside and figure 1 in it. There are so many scams around that I thought I would ask if this is a normal request when, to my knowledge, I haven't changed anything recently?<xhtml:br/>
I am on iOS 11.2.2 which needs updating to 11.2.6. Would the need to update be the reason for the title above to appear?</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I've not seen that before but if you go to Settings&gt;General&gt;Software Update you should be offered 11.2.6. If you update, your message may disappear. However, it could be as simple as your credit card has expired. I believe you need to lodge one with Apple even if all your "purchases" are free.</xhtml:div>
