      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Having just updated my backup disk I feel ready to take the 'leap'  from El Capitan to either Sierra or High Sierra. The App Store only gives me the option of High Sierra. Should I go for that?</xhtml:div>
