      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">There won't be a disc but if you contact Apple support, they'll email you a link. I've just done that for someone so if you're stuck I could ask her to forward the link Apple sent.</xhtml:div>
