After a heroic struggle I managed to do so, and upgrade it to 9.1. The final upgrade to 9.2.2 however, seems to have done a runner. I remember I downloaded it from an American university website but can't remember which one. In the meantime, Firefox won't recognize my keyboard (Macally iKey slim), has reverted to putting my bookmarks sub-menu on the left instead of the right, Safari, which I am using now, displays pages one and a half times wider than it should, and I suspect there are many other strange things which I have yet to discover. Did somebody sue them? Anyway, I've got it now, burned to a DVD and safely installed. However, see my next thread for a problem most of you clever chaps WILL be able to solve!
