<xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">I have a lovely reference book that I had to buy on Kindle as the book is out of print but I'm unable to find a way to print it off. It won't allow me to make a PDF of it, neither will it let me copy and paste the text. I've been reduced to making screen grabs of it, page by page, but with hundreds of pages this will take me ages.<xhtml:br/>
I'd really like to create a hard copy of the book. Does anybody know how I might more easily do this?<xhtml:br/>
Thanks.</xhtml:div>
