<xhtml:br/>
The Apple Store scrum and procedures there mid afternoon today ensured that it took me just over15 minutes to purchase a keyboard (USB/Numeric variety). Suitably irate I did a dummy run to see how long it would take at John Lewis – answer 5 minutes max. Also John Lewis would have given me a hard copy receipt, whereas Apple expects to send an e-mailed receipt. Unless there has been a change, John Lewis not only matches Apple prices but gives a longer warranty on Mac computer purchases.</xhtml:div>
