      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Returning items to Amazon is usually a pretty trouble free experience (returning to Amazon market place traders can sometimes be more tricky).  However when something becomes faulty some time after the original 30 days it can be frustrating trying to find someone to talk to.       <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Yes I find 'Standard' delivery taking longer and also care is needed when clicking 'add to basket' because 'Prime' is default on a month's free trial but then you are in it if used within that month.</xhtml:div>

After being caught out a couple of times and not wanting to buy other bits and pieces to take the purchase above the minimum for free delivery. Wherever possible we are now using eBay.</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Can't say I've noticed any real deterioration in Super Saver delivery times but I do wish there was a 'Stop pushing Prime down my throat or I'll go elsewhere' button!</xhtml:div>
