It displays a List of Users on start-up. The controls for that are here: System Preferences ->Users & Groups I thought I had set up my Mac so that an 'Other User' is a Guest User [Enabled, Managed] and is set up so that it doesn't need a password - ..the box entitled "Allow guests to log in to this computer" is ticked - ..the blurb under the tick says 'Logging in to the guest account does not require a password.' I have also enabled parental controls on the same screen I find am unable to log into the Guest User from the Log-in screen on start-up or from the Menu Bar as it demands a password. This is what seems to work but I somehow feel there is a better way. From the Menu bar click on the Admin name, In the drop-down click on Login Window, Double click on the writing "Guest User' [not the grey person's head], A Guest User window opens that has no access to the Admin User without the password. If you wish to get rid of the Guest User then you have to shut down the Mac - I can't find another way.
