I hunted about on the net but got nowhere so I went to <xhtml:a href="https://getsupport.apple.com" target="blank">https://getsupport.apple.com</xhtml:a>, made the appropriate selections, filled in the form and they phoned me in about 4 minutes. <xhtml:br/>
For the next couple of hours the patient, non-judgmental bloke at Apple took me through a host of possibilities [several took a while to sync as my internet link is not the fastest] and in the end he solved it.<xhtml:br/>

Brilliant free service from Apple.</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Interestingly, over the weekend, Joy had a problem with her new iPhone. When going to Music, it wouldn’t clear the Music opening screen, so she couldn’t select any Artist, Track, etc. So we used the support service using what I believe they call Live Chat. It worked like a dream. Very impressive service. <xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
I find the advantage of Live Chat, is that no matter what nationality the person on help desk has, there is no problem with strong regional accents as all you are doing is typing your questions and responses. We were even able to send a screen shot during the conversation.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
As you said Mark, a “Brilliant free service from Apple”.</xhtml:div>
