      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Can anyone recommend a programme for Mac that will facilitate income/expenditure recordings &amp; possibly a balance sheet for the year end, other than Numbers.<xhtml:br/>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">See <xhtml:a href="http://www.accountz.com" target="blank">Accountz.com</xhtml:a> - I've used their software for years but it may well be overkill for what you want. The Home version will not automatically produce a balance sheet and I'm fairly sure the business version would be over the top!</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">It's older than that Roy - but it's the predecessor of Home Accountz so the operation is similar and the files can be read by Home Accountz if you choose to upgrade.</xhtml:div>
