<xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Hi all, <xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
All my contacts are listed in my Contact App. I have three Groups, Blandford SAC. - Family - Friends.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
They are all alphabetically listed in "All Contacts" and in each individual group.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
When I send an e-mail to a member of the group and Bcc. or Ccc. the other members in the same group, their names come up randomly, not in alphabetical order as I would have expected.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Is their a way round this please or must I accept this as "One of those things?"<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
I am running Contacts version 9.0</xhtml:div>

Thank you for your reply, in answer to your question: When I send a "communication" to some of our members it is easy to Bcc all members then delete those that I do not want to receive the communication. If the names in the Bcc are in alphabetical order, this makes it easier to delete those names that are unwanted.<xhtml:br/>

Eric, who is he? I have a name??</xhtml:div>

Mail this 'new group' then delete it ready for the next time.<xhtml:br/>

If it's only a few who do not need this email, you could try it the other way round - select all the ones who you don't want to email, then use Edit>Remove from Group, mail the group and then click back on contacts and click Edit>Undo and keep your fingers crossed it puts them all back ;-) (It does)</xhtml:div>
