      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">My 120 Gb Lacie Drive died last week, the HardDrive itself could no longer spin up.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Instead of throwing out the whole very well made and robust case, I thought I'd try replacing the drive.<xhtml:br/>
I got myself a 320 GB drive from the same manufacturer (Western Digital) and installed it.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
It works! :-)<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
I now have a 320 Gb Lacie drive with firewire connections for 1/2 the price of a new one.<xhtml:br/>
I knew buying Lacie drives was a good idea... fingers crossed for the future use of this drive. ;-)<xhtml:br/>
