All accounts have been set up in Apple’s “Mail” When I send an e-mail I have to choose from the “From” line, the default account is the gift from Apple that I cannot delete. To send an e-mail I highlight the account that I wish to use and press send. It has just come to light that when the e-mail arrives at its destination it has been sent from a different account from the one selected. How do I stop this please. I would be grateful for any help. I too have multiple accounts and choosing one always works. Thank you for your assistance re. changing the default setting in outgoing name preference, a success. With regards to my other concern, I deleted all 3 mail accounts, reinstalled and tried them, one at a time, by e-mailing myself until I solved the problem. Unfortunately every time I restarted my computer the same problem occurred. This has now been rectified, please don’t ask how I did it, I don’t know myself, it just corrected itself, similar as to how the problem began??? Yours aye, Drew
