      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Hi all,<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
I have 4 e-mail accounts, a private one for friends and family, one for shopping and general use, a third for the fishing club and the fourth given to me by apple, i.e. *****@icloud.com. All accounts have been set up in Apple’s “Mail” <xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
When I send an e-mail I have to choose from the “From” line, the default account is the gift from Apple that I cannot delete. To send an e-mail I highlight the account that I wish to use and press send.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
It has just come to light that when the e-mail arrives at its destination it has been sent from a different account from the one selected. How do I stop this please.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
I would be grateful for any help.<xhtml:br/>

I too have multiple accounts and choosing one always works. By all means wend me a mail (mick@wamug.org.uk) from any of your addresses and I'll reply - you can see if it's been sent back to the address you chose to send from.</xhtml:div>

<xhtml:br/>
Apologies for lateness.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Thank you for your assistance re. changing the default setting in outgoing name preference, a success.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
With regards to my other concern, I deleted all 3 mail accounts, reinstalled and tried them, one at a time, by e-mailing myself until I solved the problem. Unfortunately every time I restarted my computer the same problem occurred.<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
This has now been rectified, please don’t ask how I did it, I don’t know myself, it just corrected itself, similar as to how the problem began???<xhtml:br/>
<xhtml:br/>
Yours aye,<xhtml:br/>
