In February, Apple updated its iCloud Free Account terms and conditions which now warn: “You agree that your Account is non-transferable and that any rights to your Apple ID or Content within your Account terminate upon your death.”</xhtml:div>

      <xhtml:div xmlns:xhtml="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Does that mean that any purchases from the iTunes store would disappear along with your mortal coil?  So your wife perhaps could not listen to your music.   Always assuming she took the trouble to tell Apple that you had expired.</xhtml:div>
